MY STORY
After I had my kid, everything shifted… and not just in obvious ways. But also, I was incapable of keeping on the masks I’d been wearing my whole life. My neurodivergence — which I wasn’t even aware existed up until that point — became impossible to ignore. I was having panic attacks under my desk. I was depressed. My family was getting the worst version of me. I was walking through fog, running on fear, and slowly losing the thread of who I actually was. Leaving felt like the only option. So I left.
What came next wasn’t an overnight success story. It was me figuring out how to build something that worked for the way my brain operates. Not the way I’d been told it should. Not the way everyone else was doing it. Mine.
That process taught me more about business backends than any corporate job ever could. Because when you have to build systems that genuinely support you, you get very good at understanding what actually works and why.
WHAT I DO NOW
I help female founders build backend systems for their businesses that fund their life — not consume it.
After years inside corporate operations, building my own business from scratch, and working directly inside the backends of female-founded businesses, I know what’s breaking down behind the scenes. I know what’s stealing your time, what’s slowing your growth, and exactly what needs to change — and in what order.
My clients are women who have built passionate businesses, with momentum. They’re often neurodivergent, highly capable, and exhausted from holding everything together themselves. Most of them would rather do almost anything than touch the tech side of their business — and they don’t have to. They need someone who can walk into the mess, see it clearly, and tell them exactly what to do next.
That’s what I do.

WHAT I BELIEVE
Your backend should be built for you — not borrowed from someone else’s business. A system that works beautifully for another founder might be exactly what slows yours down. The businesses that grow clean are the ones built around their owner — how she thinks, how she works, and where she’s going.
I also believe that more women should be making more money. And I’ve built my entire business around helping that happen — while building a life I don’t need to escape from.
